My name is Fredelene and I am the founder of Crowns For Queens. I was born and bred in Port Elizabeth and I am adulting in Pretoria.
The Crowns For Queens brand was born through my natural hair journey which started in 2017. The brand started with wigs and hence the name for the Facebook page, “Crowns For Queens Hair and Wigs”. It was during the period of transitioning from relaxed to natural hair that I started making wigs, since it was one of my go-to hair styles whilst transitioning. I have learnt so much about myself and my hair since. Today I can say with confidence that I love my hair for what it is, I will not compare myself and my hair to that of another person...Yes, all hair types are BEAUTIFUL! You are FEARFULLY and WONDERFULLY made! You are ENOUGH!
